Before the Registro Agrario Nacional:

• To dictamine and determinate the juridic situation that keeps one or more properties related to the common land or community, to determine if it finds affected or not, total or partially, included in the assignative resolutions of the common land and communities or in the corresponding plans.
• To the obtention of valid proof of common land rights or communals, of Programa de Certificación de Ejidos plans and documents.
• To the deincorporation of common lands and its transformation to private property with title deeds rightfull inscripted in the Public Registry of the property and its corresponding movement of domain.
